Bruce Clark, CEO

Bruce Clark, CEO and Founder of New Clients, Inc.

Bruce Clark is the CEO and founder of New Clients, Inc., an international marketing and consulting firm to the accounting profession. He spent 14 years as marketing director of his father’s firm, Garden Accounting Service, and, in 1987, established NCI. For several years, Bruce also owned and operated his own accounting firm, which he successfully sold in 1987. Since establishing NCI, he and his team have conducted over 300 seminars and trained over 4,500 accountants on how to develop a successful practice and lifestyle. He is also a dedicated practitioner of the Korean martial art, Tang Soo Do. Bruce has earned the rank of 5th degree black belt, giving him the respected title of Master. Bruce is also the author of the book, NCI Effect, Explosive Growth and Personal Development Plan for Accountants and CPAs. He and his wife, Kathy (Kate), have been married for 31 years.

Duane Gravley, CPA

Duane Gravley, CPA and President of Gravley & Company, Burnsville, MN

Duane is a former partner of Ernst & Whiney, now known as Ernst & Ernst. He attended NCI’s Client Acquisition Program in December of 1986. In seven years his start up grew to over $1,000,000 in annualized billings. It was during this time that Duane developed the management and processing system he now teaches to NCI clients. This system allows Duane to run a profitable practice delivering a quality product and service while himself spending only 20 hours per week running the firm.

Todd Steinberg

Todd Steinberg, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Todd joined NCI while still a student in high school putting together packages in the mail room. Now 16 years later he’s experienced in all facets of NCI’s marketing and practice sales programs. He is involved in the sale of accounting firms for our clients. He also installs and supports our marketing programs and is one of NCI’s Practice Development Coaches.

Interview with Joseph A. Pancerella

Joseph A. Pancerella, CPA/PFS, CFP

Joe graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Starting his own practice in 1997, he formed what is now Pancerella Associates, LLC in 2004.

Prior to starting his own practice, Joe spent several years involved in both regional and local public accounting. His experience includes high net worth individuals and business clients in real estate, manufacturing, construction and retail. His specialities include corporate and individual taxation, investment advisory and counseling business acquisitions and sales.

He is a member of both the American Insititute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is a member of the PICPA Personal Financial Planning Committee. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and has earned the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Since starting with the NCI Plan 2 Client Acquisition Program in September 2009, his firm has added over $436,000 in new monthly annualized billings in 29 months.
