Bruce Clark is the CEO and founder of New Clients, Inc. Since 1986, New Clients, Inc. has worked with over 3500 accounting firms nationwide to develop large, successful, growing practices. Additionally, Mr. Clark has personally been involved in the sale of over 200 accounting firms and has given over 200 seminars on how to market accounting services.


Duane Gravley
Duane Gravley, CPA and President of Gravley & Company, Burnsville , MN
Duane is a former partner of Ernst & Whiney, now known as Ernst & Ernst. He attended NCI's Client Acquisition Program in December of 1986. In seven years his start up grew to over $1,000,000 in annualized billings. It was during this time that Duane developed the management and processing system he now teaches to NCI clients. This system allows Duane to run a profitable practice delivering a quality product and service while himself spending only 20 hours per week running the firm.

Troy Patton
Troy Patton, CPA and President of The Archer Funds of Indianapolis , IN
Troy started his practice in 1999. Known today as NCI's Six Million Dollar Man, Troy attended NCI's Client Acquisition Program in 1999 and over the next six years combining both accounting services and financial planning products grew his practice to an 11 office, six million dollar operation. After selling his practice in 2004, Troy developed the Archer Funds and works with NCI clients desiring to add financial planning to their portfolio of products and services. Named by Thomson Reuters as one of the top CPAs nationally in 2008. Also named top CPA in Indiana in 2005. Troy now teaches each month NCI's Practice Development Seminar (Plan I).
Todd Steinberg
Todd Steinberg , Senior Account Executive
Todd joined NCI while still a student in high school putting together packages in the mail room. Now 16 years later he's experienced in all facets of NCI's marketing and practice sales programs. He is involved in the sale of accounting firms for our clients. He also installs and supports our marketing programs and is one of NCI's Practice Development Coaches.

Joe Pancerella
Joseph A. Pancerella, CPA/PFS, CFP

Joe graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Starting his own practice in 1997, he formed what is now Pancerella Associates, LLC in 2004.

Prior to starting his own practice, Joe spent several years involved in both regional and local public accounting. His experience includes high net worth individuals and business clients in real estate, manufacturing, construction and retail. His specialities include corporate and individual taxation, investment advisory and counseing business acquisitions and sales.

He is a member of both the American Insititute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is a member of the PICPA Personal Financial Planning Committee. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and has earned the Personal Financial Specialist designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Since starting with the NCI Plan 2 Client Acquisition Program in September 2009, his firm has added over $168,000 in new monthly annualized billings. This represents over $14,000 in new monthly billing in only eight months.
