Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Clark is the CEO and founder of New Clients, Inc., an international marketing and consulting firm to the accounting profession. He spent 14 years as marketing director of his father’s firm, Garden Accounting Service, and, in 1987, established NCI. For several years, Bruce also owned and operated his own accounting firm, which he successfully sold in 1987. Since establishing NCI, he and his team have conducted over 300 seminars and trained over 5,000 accountants on how to develop a successful practice and lifestyle. He is also a dedicated practitioner of the Korean martial art, Tang Soo Do. Bruce has earned the rank of 5th degree black belt, giving him the respected title of Master. Bruce is also the author of two books, NCI Effect, Explosive Client Growth Plan for Accountants and CPAs and Beyond the NCI Effect, Sales Strategies That Matter to Grow an Accounting Practice. He and his wife, Kathy (Kate), have been married for 30+ years.
Executive VP of Sales & Marketing
Todd Steinberg offers more than 20 years of experience emphasizing sales, marketing and business development in the industry of marketing accounting services. The scope of Todd’s experience has spanned virtually all aspects of the accounting practice marketing industry. A respected leader in the industry, his experience includes developing new marketing strategies, NCI program sales, integrating financial planning and payroll services into accounting practices, providing sales and marketing support to NCI’s 5,000+ clients, hiring and training of marketing personnel for accounting firms nationwide and speaking at regional and national conferences as an authority on marketing accounting services. He Is the Seminar Director at NCI’s Practice Development Seminar and Director of NCI’s Practice Development Coaching program. He is also responsible for leading NCI’s accounting practice sales division and has been personally involved in the sale of over 125 firms nationwide. Todd is Series 7, 66, Life, Accident & Health Licensed.
Tyler is the youngest son of CEO and founder Bruce Clark. He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a minor in business. Tyler greatly enjoys travelling the world experiencing other cultures. A member of NCI as of June 2012 he has already proven himself as a valuable member of the sales team and looks forward to helping each individual client with the honor and respect they deserve, to the fullest of his capabilities. Tyler also has experience as a Client Service Representative for the sister company America’s Choice Bookkeeping and Tax where he is responsible for client acquisition of new accounting and tax clients. Tyler also became an Infusionsoft Certified Partner and has actively incorporated automation and tracking into America’s Choice as well as New Clients Inc and actively assists other Accounting firms with these principles. He also has is Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and actively practices Tai Chi under Master Li Pei Yun.
Senior Account Executive
Pete Borrelli has been associated with NCI since 1999, first as a CSR for two CPA firms in the Rochester, NY area, and then nearly 10 years as a Senior Account Executive implementing the NCI program in the field. His involvement with the accounting profession dates back to 1982 as a Sales Representative for Commerce Clearing House (CCH), and after 12 years, with Paychex in the same capacity. Prior to 1982, Pete worked in Human Resource Management. In addition to his responsibilities as Senior Account Executive, Pete created the Payroll Program for NCI. Pete holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University. Pete and wife Mary Ann have two grown children and live in the Rochester, NY area. In his spare time, Pete enjoys watching hockey, playing golf, and attending symphony concerts and the theatre.
Senior Account Executive
David Powell is a Senior Account Executive for NCI and has served in that role for over twelve years starting in 2002 with our firm. Prior to that role, David was a successful Client Service Representative for an NCI client in Houston, TX where he sold himself out of a job. Prior to his role as CSR, he has served as a General Manager for major retail chains and as Territory Sales Manager with various sales organizations. He brings over thirty years of experience in the business world to our organization. Dave truly enjoys the process of seeing an accounting firm grow to its potential and having an integral part to play in their development. He has been married to his wife Mindi for 35 years and was recently ordained as a deacon in his Church. He enjoys playing golf and fixing up his home with his wife in their spare time.
Dennis P. Wochok
Senior Account Executive
Dennis Wochok has been associated with NCI since 2004. As the Director of Sales and Marketing for an international accounting and tax franchise, Dennis became affiliated with NCI through the implementation of the NCI Plan I administered to over 100 accounting firms and he assisted in the support of the NCI Plan II for more than 25 accounting firms within the franchise. His involvement with the accounting profession dates back to 1999 as a Sales Representative for a local accounting firm in Ellicott City, MD. Prior to 1999, Dennis worked in the Food and Beverage industry for over 20 years.
In addition to his responsibilities as Senior Account Executive, Dennis is involved in direct sales of the NCI programs offered to CPAs and Accounting firms. He attended LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA majoring in Political Science and Education. He and his wife Eleanor have three grown children and live in Columbia, MD. He enjoys all sports, especially golf along with spending as much time with his grandchildren as possible.
Marge has been an integral part of the NCI team for the past 23 years. In addition to overseeing the office, Marge helped to organize and edit Bruce Clark’s book, The NCI Effect. She maintains the NCI website, edits the monthly e-newsletter and all promotional emails sent by NCI. She also prepares travel arrangements for Plan II clients attending the Practice Development Seminar as well as booking travel for NCI’s Senior Account Executives visiting offices around the country to install Plan II programs. Marge has been married for 30+ years to her husband, Bob. They have two sons, Michael and Nicholas. In her leisure time, Marge loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys reading. Prior to her employment with NCI, Marge was a billing clerk for Nabisco in one of their distribution warehouses, where she was employed for 12 years. Marge then took a couple of years off to become a stay-at-home mom for her two young sons.
