When I first started what would eventually become New Clients, Inc., I read a memorable book: A Passion for Excellence by Thomas Peters. The book takes a deep dive into what makes American companies great–and not so great. It became my inspiration, guiding me well through my own entrepreneurial journey. In fact, I still have the leather-bound edition in my library today.
