Description of Clientele:

Approximately 9% of the revenue represents non-business or business-affiliated work (1040 clients).  Approximately, 90% of revenue is accounted for by business related or 1040s associated with those businesses.  Trust and Estate constitute about 1% of the business.  Last year we billed approximately 170 individuals, 190 entities, and 18 trusts.  We prepared in 2023: 372 Individuals, 143 Corporate and S Corps, 104 LLCs and Partnerships, 33 Trust returns, and 8 tax-exempt returns.  We sent out annual change order requests for flat fee clients of approximately $1,000,000.

Description of Area:

Savannah, Chatham, Effingham, & Bryan Counties are some of the fastest growing counties in Georgia.  Savannah is the Eastern most part of GA and it meets the southern most point of SC, which includes Hilton Head & Bluffton.  The port is the largest employer and ranks as the 2nd busiest port on the East Coast.  Hyundai is currently constructing their EV plant outside of Savannah and the plant and related companies are estimating a population increase of about 30,000.  Savannah was founded as the 13th colony in the U.S. and has a large historic district.  Tourism is the second largest industry.

We have 4 basic service levels for fixed fee clients:  Annual, Essential Premier, & CFO to Go.  We also prepare multiple entities for  lots of our clients.  For instance a business client might have an S Corp return and an LLC to hold his real estate.  The averages above are not accurate, because the S Corp might be 4 times the bill for the LLC.
